If your name is listed above, congratulations! So what next?

  1. Please let me know ASAP if any of your names are spelt incorrectly or if any of the locations are wrong – winners get certificates and window stickers and I would hate for names to be wrong.
  2. We will then enter round 2 of the awards, which runs from midday on Weds 7 – 14 June. Voters can choose their favourites from the five finalists in each category and you will be able to watch the votes tot up live on the website – an oddly addictive experience! You’ve only got a week at this point to make it through, so you’ll need to keep up the good work through social media, etc. I’ll email you some marketing tools and tips for your over the next 24hrs. If you don’t hear from me – do email:
  3.  Once we hit midday on 14 June, you’ll be able to see who has won – we will also email the winners directly.
  4. Then, it’s party time (yay!). Info on the winners drinks event to follow.

Over and out, for now.

hi, id like to request a best streetfood category for next year please as I think it’s becoming a more and more important part of Cornish culture and tourisum. Maybe best event/festival too? i would nominate the wild food kitchen for street food. Not biased, honest!

Interested to understand the criteria for “Local Producer”??? What does “Local” mean? Made here or actually use “Local” ingredients???

    • sophiebaker June 5, 2017

Hi Phil, the category is for businesses making their produce and with their main business address here in Cornwall – all the ingredients do not have to come from here. I hope that clarifies things, Sophie

Over and out does not compute.
It is either … over….. OR ….out. It cannot be both!

    • sophiebaker June 5, 2017

      Noted – thanks! 🙂
