Muddy finds: Lost your park? I found my perk with Ivy Park

Seeing Beyonce’s hot-of-the-press promo for her new fitness range has me feel a bit twitchy – don’t laugh, but I’m trying out the local karate class. I was a bit of a ninja a few years back and my fitness hasn’t been the same since I gave up, so thought I’d give it a go. And of course, I couldn’t contemplate a new sport without new gear.

Her new  range is called Ivy Park and is designed to “empower women through sport”  (Beys words) and was inspired by the local park she exercises/thinks/finds solace in. If most of the parks you find solace in have rows of cars and happen to be front of your favourite destination pubs – yeah come on, let’s feel the collective shame people – here’s your chance to ponder a different type of space while watching Bey fox it up for the cameras. Let’s work it!

Wanna see the vid?

Ivy Park is available from net-a-porter from today! Actually its very reasonable, so I’ve had a nose and will be channelling a bit of Bey myself.

First in the cart is a new sports bra – the muddy bosom needs alot more support than it used to and this looks like its up to the job for spinning and cardio workouts -its lined in power mesh for support.

Stretch jersey sports bra £20

Racer-back stretch-mesh tank £20

I’ve also ordered this airy tank – made from a sweat-wicking mesh and blended with plenty of stretch. Since reaching a certain age I’ve found it harder to stay cool when working out (or maybe its because Im sooooo unfit) so I like the idea of mesh.

Me. Ok not me – yet

Right, I’m off to the dojo. Until my parcel arrives, I’ll be the raspberry melt at the back. Oooss.
