Cornwall’s Cutest Kidswear
Playful and practical, leggings, rompers and more, in prints that will make you smile. The coolest kids are wearing Little Loves!
Oh heck, it’s time to up my game – the kids look more stylish than me again. This is the littlest mudlet, rocking his new Scandi-inspired Little Loves Cornwall leggings. No need for any accessorising – they work as they are.
Local childrenswear label, Little Loves scooped this year’s Muddy Award for Best Children’s Business. Pretty impressive since the brand, launched by Cornish Mum Jemma, has only been going a year. (Happy Birthday btw!!)
Take a look at these gorgeous printed designs and it’s easy to see why the brand has earned such a following. Each piece is hand cut, sewn and finished in Cornwall, using fun and super-comfy fabrics sourced in Europe.
I love everything from the cool shapes and soft, cotton jersey fabrics to the colourful, modern prints. There’s only a small window in your life when you can get away with Peruvian Llama print leggings, so it must be embraced, don’t you think?
I don’t know why some people insist on dressing their little boys like miniature businessmen either. I love finding bright colours and fun prints for my two – they’ve got the rest of their lives to sport greige.
Plus, why should girls be the only ones to benefit from the stretchy and versatile item of clothing that is leggings?
In that spirit, lots of this playful range is designed to be unisex and sizes go from newborn to six, with leggings, shorts and skirts from £11.50 – £13.50 and dresses and baby grows at £23.50.
