Callestick Farm

Muddy says: A perfectly bucolic spot to while away an hour or so, in the beautiful Cornish countryside not far from Truro. Grab an ice cream in the tea room, lounge in the giant deckchair and let the kids wear themselves out on the playground.

Callestick Farm seems a million miles away from the chaos of everyday life, with sounds of laughter, animals, and maybe the odd tractor. Whether you’re on holiday or a local, come and visit the farm to enjoy a cream tea, coffee and of course, our famous ice cream.

We’d love to welcome you to the farm to entertain children young and old! We have pigs, a collection of chicken breeds and Tommy the Turkey for you to see and possibly calves small or large, depending when you visit.

We are very proud of what we do and would like you to see our ice creamery in full-swing. Through the summer, there is usually something going on – mixing flavours, freezing or automatic machines filling tubs. Everything you see is exactly how we make our ice cream on a day to day basis.

Aside from our ice cream, our other pride and joy is our tea room, with freshly baked cakes, pastries and plenty of other treats. We have a large seating area inside and out, to enjoy a cold drink in the sun, or shelter from the notorious British summer inside with a cup of tea.

Whatever the weather though, make sure you leave room for the star of the show – the ice cream itself, with plenty of flavours, from a refreshing blood orange sorbet to indulgent double chocolate fudge.

Callestick Farm is free to visit so why not come and spend an hour with us, recharge your batteries and indulge in the freshest, purest, creamiest taste of Cornwall.

Well-behaved dogs on a lead are welcome in the courtyard.
