Rosemullion Distillery is a small distillery set in the rural Cornwall countryside close to the Helford River, created by Liz and Andy Bradbury. During the three years that they have been distilling artisanal gins and rums they have won numerous awards including ‘best rum’ in the 2020 Great British Food Awards.

Combining more than 45 years’ experience in industrial chemistry with a passion for quality, flavour and authenticity, Rosemullion is one of only a small number of distilleries in the area to create its base spirit from scratch. This gives them total control, and makes their spirits truly Cornish.

Cornish rainwater is used in the fermentation and distillation processes, complemented by local ingredients, including seasonal fruit – small batches of just 100 bottles at a time are made and bottled.

The salty air and stormy seas that crash against the coastline of Cornwall inspired the Seafarer’s Gin – which is one of four gins produced – and earlier this year, the Distillery collaborated with local seafood restaurant, Lula, to produce a summer gin and spiced rum (drink it at Lula’s in a cocktail, or to buy to take home in specially branded bottles).
