From the wilds of Cornwall, with tables laid on the beach, food cooked over fire pits and wine poured in the elements, Wild Wine School grew from the Wild Wine Club feast table. Sommelier and wine woman Debbie saw a desire for her guests to know more about what was in their glasses, and so Wild Wine School was born.

Aiming to inspire and educate through workshops, courses and events that err on the wild side, Debbie shares her wine knowledge and passion to enliven senses and expand minds.

In non-Covid times Wild Wine School throws open the doors, steps away from the classroom and takes wine education back to where it all began at ancient farm Nancarrow, hosting workshops and courses such as Organic, Biodynamic and Minimal Intervention Wine-making, An Introduction to Cornish Wines and Tasting in Colour, and her signature new course A Modern Introduction to Wine, plus a range of WSET accredited courses. 

During lock-down, all wine courses have been reimagined and reinvented, delivered online using Zoom with the wines and samples and a glass to drink it from delivered direct to your door.
