Proprietors of stylish haven of The Searoom overlooking the harbour in St Ives, the Thompson family have truly earned their connoisseurs stripes – with the awards to prove it. From great food to top notch wines, over the years the family have been busy hunting out, testing and bringing back the finest produce to their harbour side restaurant. The only thing lacking in their culinary explorations? Exceptional spirits to suits their tastes.

And so, in 2016, a plan was hatched around their kitchen table by the three Thompson brothers (Tim, Greg and Bertie) to create a liquor company that had flavour, quality and original character at its heart – and the St Ives Liquor Co was born.

Now whether it’s the fresh botanicals picked from St Ives’ coastlines, moors and cliff tops for their small batch, handcrafted gin, or their vibrant range of liqueurs made from entirely natural ingredients, St Ives Liquor Co is bringing a new spirit experience to each and every sip.
