Breathe life into your woeful January slump with these 10 dance workouts to get the  blood pumping&#8230; Sophie, our Muddy Ed for Glocs &amp; Worcs/ the Cotswolds, must have been busy trying out all these dance workouts &#8211; to save us the same horrors, sorry, exhaustion, she&#8217;s whittled them down into her top ten. </p>



<p>So whether you fancy levelling-up to a Justin remix or flexing to a world-class ballet session, resus your energy levels and find your grind from this lovely lot. (fyi &#8211; legwarmers totally acceptable.)</p>
