<p>In the latest in their series of supper clubs, chef Matt Wadders is at Fee&#8217;s in Rock for an equinox feast on 20 March &#8211; featuring new season lamb, foraged wild garlic and the first forced rhubarb.</p>

<p>Seated together at a fabulous oak table, with friends old and new, Josh and Georgie&#8217;s guests are part of the cooking experience and can interact with them as they watch every step of the process. Their menu varies to reflect the changing seasons and the fresh produce that is available at different times of the year, as they bring you a year round celebration of the tastes of Cornwall. They operate a Bring Your Own drinks policy, where they are happy to recommend wine pairings if required (<a href="https://www.instagram.com/thehousesupplyco/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">wine shop</a> next door just FYI!). </p>

<p>Lost Suppers are about connections, the connection between people, the soil, the planet and food. In the current climate it’s never been more important to talk about food miles and&nbsp;eating from the land has always been the way at Heligan, that’s what it was built for.&nbsp;</p>



<p>The menu is never published beforehand as it is written after the gardeners have listed what’s available or what’s in season, which makes this unique experience completely ingredient led.</p>



<p>Lost Suppers will be held in the Heligan Kitchen conservatory.&nbsp; Doors will open at 6:30pm with a welcome drink for all upon arrival.</p>

<p>Tim Hubbard, author of Secret Gardens of Cornwall. A former award-winning BBC presenter and journalist, Tim has lived and gardened in Cornwall for more than 40 years. Today, he interviews authors at literary festivals across the UK, guides private garden tours, and writes for publications including BBC Countryfile and the RHS magazine The Garden.</p>



<p>Drawing on his work researching Secret Gardens of Cornwall, Tim will share stories, insights, and entertaining anecdotes about the remarkable people and hidden gardens he encountered along the way. From £50pp.</p>
