Cracking Cornish Christmas Wreath Workshops

Deck your door with boughs of holly! These local festive craft classes are hugely popular so, quick, book now!

Is your door even Christmas ready if it’s not adorned with festive foliage by mid-November?

If you fancy having a crack at creating your own, there’s a few lined up round Cornwall once lock down is lifted (some with free festive tipple btw). But be quick to book as tickets are selling like hot mince pies. Secateurs at the ready, let’s go!

Ruby Alice Designs, 1 Dec

Order your wreath kit online and then join the Zoom workshop to make your own wreath – all you need are a pair of snips.

Philleigh Way, 5 & 6 Dec

Join Louise Fitzpatrick from “Oh sew nancy” to learn to make a wreath including base from a wide variety of seasonal, twigs, foliage, herbs, berries and flowers. Tickets £50, includes mulled wine and a mince pie plus a takeaway Christmas pasty and all materials.

Una St Ives, 11, 12 & 13 Dec

Wreath Making & Twilight Spa session. While away the afternoon with lunch at the beautiful Una Kitchen and a 2-hour wreath making class with Twigs and Greens. The space will be split into your activity bubble and full materials will be provided for each table. Decorations will be provided but to avoid sharing you are more than welcome to bring any personal decorations for your wreath, and it is suggested that you bring your own secateurs if possible.

The Bottle, Newquay, 13 Dec

Tickets are £45 per person which includes a glass of bubbles on arrival, your own individual small charcuterie and cheese board (2 cheese, 1 meat), all the materials and tuition from Hayley Scott Blooms to create your your own wreath to take away.

St. Ives Harbour Hotel & Spa, 13 Dec

Make your wreath in the morning with Wheal Sara Flowers, using plastic-free, locally sourced and biodegradable materials followed by Sunday Lunch and a glass of wine in the HarBAR with views over the water. Tickets £50 includes all materials and tuition to create a beautiful Christmas wreath, and lunch.
