Fermented Cornish Mocktails
Get your dry Jan off to a flying start without any compromise on flavour with these two Cornish mocktails from High Point.
And, even for the hardiest of boozehounds, these days a night off the sauce is pretty standard. If you’re just not in the mood for a two-day hangover, then check out these brilliant mocktails from our friends at High Point.
The folks at High Point firmly believe that seeking a clear head shouldn’t be at a compromise in flavour. They couldn’t find what they were searching for, so decided to create, brew and ferment their own Cornish drinks. The result – one fermented aperitif and one digestif – both richly flavoured and refreshing, but crucially, non-alcoholic, designed to complement a high-quality foodie lifestyle.

3 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters
Method:
1. Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass full of cubed ice.
2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over cubed or block ice.

I think it sounds like a viable alternative to booze
Sounds drinkable but will have to sample test it
