Treat him to a bottle of Cornwall’s finest fizz – Knightor’s 9112, so named because it was was made from grapes harvested in 2009, 2011 and 2012. The Chardonnay, Reichensteiner, Huxelrebe, Auxerrois, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes were selected, blended and traditionally fermented in bottle to produce a rich and complex sparkling wine with classic style.
