A super easy Christmas cocktail packed with seasonal cheer &amp; cranberry zing. It’s sure to impress all party guests.



INGREDIENTS 35ML <a href="https://tarquinsgin.com/">Cornish Dry Gin</a> 70ML Cranberry Juice 2 DASHES Angostura Bitters TO TOP <a href="https://cornwall.muddystilettos.co.uk/little-black-book/directory/kernowine-falmouth-cornwall/">Sparkling Wine</a> Add all the ingredients (except the sparkling wine) to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake hard, then stain into a martini glass and top with sparkling wine. Finally, rim the glass with sugar &amp; garnish with a candy cane or fresh cranberries!

INGREDIENTS



50ML <a href="https://www.twinfinrum.com/products/twin-fin-spiced-golden-rum">Twin Fin Spiced Rum</a>



2 Lime Wedges



25ML Cranberry Juice



25ML Orange Juice



5 Mint Leaves



60ML Ginger Beer



METHOD



Add rum and juices to an iced cocktail shaker and shake hard for 30 seconds. Squeeze in lime and top up with ginger beer. Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with mint.

50ml&nbsp;<a href="https://www.twinfinrum.com/collections/all/products/twin-fin-coconut-lychee-rum">Twin Fin Coconut &amp;&nbsp;Lychee Rum</a>



25ml&nbsp;<a href="https://www.twinfinrum.com/collections/all/products/twin-fin-cold-brew-coffee-rum-liqueur">Twin Fin Cold Brew Coffee Rum Liqueur</a>



30ml Double cream



15ml Chocolate syrup



Toasted marshmallow



INSTRUCTIONS



Rim a chilled Martini glass with chocolate syrup, then add all the ingredients to a chilled shaker with lots of ice. Shake hard until deeply chilled and then strain into the Martini glass.



To garnish add toasted marshmallow on a cocktail stick on top and dust with coco powder. Finally, dust the Martini glass rim with desiccated coconut! Enjoy way back, laid back!  If you really fancy showing off: float a teaspoon of rum over the finished serve and ignite to toast the marshmallow!

DOUBLE&nbsp;Espresso Shot



1 BAR SPOON Simple Syrup



3 Coffee Beans



METHOD



Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and then shake for 20 seconds until deeply chilled. Double strain into a chilled Coupe glass and garnish with three coffee beans!
